WEDA SD in Pilot Study Program
WEDA SD Systems have been specified for use in a pilot study program for CEDAE Water, Guandu, Brazil. A contract has been issued for the installation of three SD9's in the world's largest water treatment by Guiness Book of World Records!
Continuous Quality Improvement
Polychem Systems is dedicated to providing the highest quality products for our customers. As such, we are currently pursuing ISO 9001:2000 certification and expect to achieve this certification by the end of 2008!
All of Polychem Systems’ suppliers have either ISO 9001:2000 Certification or Quality Control Plans that are approved by Polychem Systems and in general accordance with the ISO 9001:2000 standards. These QC Plans demonstrate the commitment to continuous improvement held by these suppliers for all of Polychem’s products.
Water Quality Standards
While Polychem Systems products have consistently performed to standards surrounding our systems, we are cuur prently pursuing NSF-61 certification of our products to ensure customers that oroducts continue to fulfillthose standards every time.
The Polychem Weda SD System!
As a continuation of Polychem’s program to provide a complete range of clarifier systems and components to the water and wastewater industries, we are pleased to announce the introduction of the Polychem Weda SD System, a self-driven, non-clogging, sedimentation pumping system for bottom solids removal from rectangular or circular clarifiers.
Ambridge Water Authority Operations Manager recently stated, "The WEDA units perform flawlessly. The installation, training, and service from the factory rep has been fantastic...Polychem has only been a phone call away."
First introduced in the Lovö Water Works, Stockholm, Sweden and subsequent installations in the U.S. and Europe, the Polychem Weda SD System has been proven for over 10 years.
Using shredder pumps mounted on the wings of the self-driven driver unit, the Polychem Weda SD System thoroughly removes sediment from the bottom of the clarifier basin without clogging and provides superior pumping capacity.
