NRG heavy duty fiberglass SuperFlights™ , pultruded with an isophthalic polyester resin, are the lightweight corrosion resistant choice over old-fashioned, buoyant wood flights. Reinforced transversely and laterally with unidirectional glass roving and a continuous fiberglass strand mat, it is its high Modulus of Elasticity which gives the SuperFlight the least amount of deflection of any c-channel or L-shaped fiberglass flight on the market today!

Unlike flange ended profile flights that retain sludge, NRG's open ended c-channel SuperFlights do not recirculate solids into the effluent. NRG's SuperFlights have an integral scraping lip for optimizing tank scraping, and can be drilled and notched in our factory for ease of assembly with NRG's polypropylene filler blocks, UHMW-PE wear shoes, and F22 attachment paddles. NRG SuperFlights can be retrofitted to replace redwood flights or existing fiberglass c-channel, sigma-shaped, or l-shaped designs.

Integral Scraping Lip for maximum bottom sludge scraping.
Industry Standard c-channel profile available in 3x8 and 3x6 nominal sizes
Does not retain sludge like flange ended profile flights
Absorbs less than 1% water when submerged
UV and Corrosion Resistant
Drilled and Pre-notched for ease of Installaton
Non-buyant
1/3 lighter than redwood flights
